Originally signed from North Queensland Cowboys on a 2 year deal prior to the 2009 season campaign, Mark was the Reds joint top try scorer with 13 tries in his inaugural season at the Willows.
Made his debut 
for the Cowboys in 2006 and was one of their most consistent performers according to their manager Dean Lance. A former team mate of Ray Cashmere at the Cowboys, he was a top player in the NRL and is a good utility squad man, equally at home in the three quarters or at full back. During the 2009 season, he scored 4 tries in the Reds Challenge Cup 5th round victory at Batley.
