Valentine Cup Final at the Willows

One of the oldest and most valuable cups in the game, the Valentines Cup makes a welcome return to Salford this week.

With the last final played on Wednesday 22 August 2001 at the Willows, Eccles And Salford Juniors ARLFC are the current title holders, but are currently out of contention to defend the title, leaving four other local community teams entering into semi final fixtures.

The 2 semi finals have been played and the Irlam Hornets and Folly Lane have booked their places in the final on Wednesday, having dispatched Langworthy Reds and Cadishead Rhinos respectively.
