'we need to win the arm wrestle'.....we the suffering fans already know what you lot need to do and that is have a bit of pride in the shirt you wear,certainly didnt see it last week and I dont think it will be evident tonight and whilst on the subject of pride i dont know how anyone could go on Sky tv telling other coaches how to get the best from their teams when ones own squad is performing like a bunch of strangers.....am I banned again Paul?
