Coley Gets GB Shout

Salford City Reds pack star Andy Coley’s dream has finally come true with a call-up to the Great Britain Tri-Nations squad heading to Australia on Tuesday.
Karl Harrison’s pleas for recognition for his Reds’ stars finally paid off with Coley and Hodgson initially called into the Stand By squad, then yesterday, Coley learnt he would fly with the team for the warm-up games but was due to return when the players from the Grand Final teams arrived Down Under.
However, with the injury to Bradford’s Paul Johnson Coley has now received his full call up and everybody at Salford City Reds would like to wish Andy well for the trip.
Football Director Steve Simms said: “It’s tremendous for Andy and we’re all made up. He’s worked so hard for this over the past several seasons and he can consider it a well deserved reward for an outstanding season for us.”
